Commission Rebates

 When a buyer purchases a home, a part of the purchase price goes to pay off commissions to the agents involved.  The buyers agent typically receives a commission equal to 3% of the home purchase price.  A buyer agent commission rebate is a portion of the 3% commission that they will rebate to the buyer at closing to be used as a closing cost credit, or pay part of the down payment if the lender agrees. Some lenders have limits to these transactions. Our rebates will be credited on the closing statement of paid after the close. 

Probate Representation

Be Aware: If your attorney refers you to his or her preferred Realtor politely thank them and then call and phone interview a minimum of two others. These sorts of referrals are sometimes made because the attorney and agent belong to the same referral networking group or because of lucrative referral fees. Either way, it doesn't make them the best agent for your estate selling team.

Ultimately the decision is yours and due diligence means interviewing multiple probate trained agents over the phone or in person until you find the one that YOU are most comfortable working with.
