Jeff specializing in the purchase, renovation and sale of investment property is a niche of the real estate profession requiring vision, in-depth market knowledge, and construction expertise. Relatively few brokers can claim to have that comprehensive set of skills. Jeff Ward is one of them. As a home builder, renovator and reseller for two decades, he gained vital experience in all facets of the process – from working with the probate process as a purchaser of homes for investors, to the homes’ renewal and preparation for sale. His proficiency has been embellished through his 10 years as an insurance adjuster, and as a court-appointed mediator in construction disputes.

Jeff Ward Realty offers a full range of real estate and development services in conjunction with his brokerage firm, Realty-In-Motion. As a native Texan and current Austin resident, he complements his specialized real estate experience with a local’s knowledge of the schools, services and recreation opportunities available in Austin and surrounding counties.

Jeff enjoys a perfect balance of work, family and community, and is known for his energy, honesty and work ethic. He is passionate about buying, selling and building homes, and his clients frequently become longstanding friends. While he finds quality time with his wife, five children and five grandchildren, his passion for helping others extends beyond work and family to include his involvement with the local food bank.
