  • Will I have to pay for your services?

  • No seller will pay a commission to Realty-In-Motion.

  • What will I have to do to receive a commission rebate?

Answer

  • On your first visit, you will need to tell your listing agent or builder that Realty-In-Motion is your agent.

  • How will I receive my commission rebate? 

Answer

  • As your real estate agent, Realty-In-Motion will show your rebate on the closing documents, or we can also pay your commission after closing.

Seller Questions

  • What is your fee?

Answer

  • We charge a flat fee of $5,000 for all selling services up to a home value of $500,000. For real estate valued more than $500,000 we charge a fee of 1.5 %.

  •  Will other agents show my home if I do not offer a 3% buyers commission?  

Answer

  •  They should, but sometimes an agent will give other homes a higher priority if they offer a 3% buyers commission and you do not.

  • What services are included in your fee?

Answer

  • We will list your home on the MLS and other websites like Zillow, Trulia, etc. to maximize your selling exposure to the thousands of agents in our area.
  • We will research the correct selling price, assist you with staging your home, take professional photos for the listing, manage the showings of your property, secure and present offers, and be by your side through the entire closing process.

  • How long is your listing agreement?

  • Our agreement is for six (6) to ten (10) months, but can run longer for homes over 1 million dollars.
